About the Role
We are thrilled to represent a renowned project management consultancy in their search for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join their team in Brisbane. This role has been created due to an exciting increase in upcoming projects within a highly valued client\’s portfolio, primarily focused on the hospitality sector (projects under $10 million).
Starting in January 2025 , this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and capable professional to manage projects across their full lifecycle , from initiation through to completion. While your initial focus will be on hospitality projects, the role offers the flexibility to expand into various other sectors as new opportunities arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet scope, time, quality, and budget expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee multiple projects at different lifecycle stages, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
- Provide strategic advice and direction to achieve client objectives and outcomes.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Essential : Previous experience in a project management consultancy environment.
- A proven track record managing projects in the hospitality sector is very highly regarded.
- Comprehensive full project lifecycle experience , with expertise in planning, procurement, and delivery phases.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
