Australian Skin Clinics have 54 clinics across Australia (& growing!). Our company is in a period of hyper-growth, and we are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our Robina team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role focuses primarily on working closely with your team of Therapists and Cosmetic Injectors to achieve financial targets for the business, as well as general running of the clinic. Please note, you must have a background in the Beauty industry with a minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy to be eligible to apply.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and background in the Beauty industry.
- Strong background in sales and meeting KPI’s.
- Experience with managing staff, setting goals and motivating sales.
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service / retail sales to a large volume of clients.
- Self-motivated with a warm and friendly approach.
- Ability to foster a positive, vibrant, healthy culture in the clinic.
- Great leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Ideally, you will have operated programs such as Shortcuts or Gumnuts – a high level of computer and administrative skills are required.
HOURS:
- Full time permanent – 38 hours per week.
- Work / Life balance: Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work as required.
PAY RATES: Offering between $35 – $40 per hour PLUS an incentive program maximizing your earning potential!
LOCATION: Robina Town Centre, Robina QLD (All day parking onsite + lots of public transport).
