Commercial Senior Estimator

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• At least 6+ years’ experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction sector.
• Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and construction standards and proficiency in estimating software such as Buildsoft, CostX, or equivalent.
• A proven track record of managing multiple tenders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant qualification in construction or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential).
