DEFENDANT INSURANCE
You will work for a broad range of clients so each day will be different. Your responsibilities will encompass offering cohesive and legally sound advice across various CTP matters, including intricate multi-vehicle accident claims involving major and catastrophic injuries. Anticipate engaging with intricate liability disputes and fiercely contested damages claims.
Working with Lloyd\’s syndicates, international insurers, major self-insureds, and specialist industry insurers, you will actively engage in direct client communication and strategy development.
