Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media)

My client is an awesome, fully integrated Digital Marketing Agency who is looking for their new Group Account Director! This role will be reporting directly to the CEO of the business. You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and a real seat at the table where you can make an impact.

You will be the lead authority and contact for clients and the subject matter expert for anything digital strategy. This role is to come in and manage one large client from end to end. You will also manage a small specialist team.

About you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in a leadership/strategy role in the digital marketing space with an agency. Experience in an agency is a non-negotiable.
  • Experience developing, implementing and optimising advanced digital strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, real performance driven digital campaigns)
  • Experience managing enterprise size clients
  • You have experience being a leader in an agency, managing high performing teams
  • Innovative and are across the latest updates in Digital Marketing
  • Are a subject matter expert for digital marketing
  • Are able to deliver sophisticated digital strategies that will deliver strong ROI for both the client and business
