Director Organisational Governance and Development

The Public Sector Commission is on a mission to create an innovative and future fit public sector for all Western Australians.

This brand new position is part of the Corporate Executive and leads the Organisational Governance and Development Division in providing exceptional executive and corporate services that ensure a trusted and capable Commission to shape, build and regulate the public sector.

We need an energetic and forward-thinking leader with sound financial acumen, and experience in delivering financial and resource management, and leading business operations.

You’ll lead the executive services, finance, and human resources teams; and oversee the Commission’s overall budget, expenditure, workforce, governance, policy, and planning functions.

You’ll work across all areas of the Commission, building strong relationships and providing considered advice and support to executive and people leaders.
