Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in Food and Beverage management? We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and lead with vision, expertise, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, with a focus on Food & Beverage departments.
- Lead and mentor the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
- Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold the company’s core values.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in relevant software or systems POS, H&L and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
