On offer is the opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, enabling the COO to focus on driving strategic initiatives.
The Responsibility
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Strong diary management: Proactively managing and anticipating requests from internal and external stakeholders for the COO and their Chief of Staff;
- Email management: Handling high-level email inbox support;
- Event coordination: Organising and managing inductions, townhalls, newsletters, engagement events, office moves, and training and development sessions;
- Document preparation: Assisting in the preparation and coordination of presentations, reports and documents;
- Stakeholder communication;
- Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements;
- Invoice and expense management.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at C-Suite level, ideally within the financial services industry and prior exposure to working across international timezones. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and rapport, and the ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail. You will be forward thinking, flexible, and focused on the delivery of orientation, initiative and planning.
