Some of your responsibilities..

  • Executive support: personal affairs, errands and tasks such as meeting agendas, follow-up actions, and ad hoc general administrative tasks.
  • Support sales operations by ensuring all documentation, submissions, and client interactions are looked after.
  • Help improve internal processes, assist with creating reports, and provide administrative support
  • Maintain records in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients
