Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with department head to develop strategies enhancing the overall member and guest experience, implement cost control measures and seeks continuous improvement of business growth and club event planning.
- Maintains appropriate levels of inventory and assist with monthly stock take.
- Maintains monthly venue maintenance schedule.
- Point of contact for system troubleshooting.
- Ensure opening, closing and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Assists the department manager in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work. Makes recommendations when hiring, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates.
- Performs daily activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical/cashier duties.
- Assures all side work is completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
- Continuous maintenance, improvement, and development of seasonal menus.
- Drives growth across the club through marketing, sales, and retention strategies.
- Attends weekly meetings with department head to discuss KPIs, targets, budgets.
- Collaborates with department head to ensure targets and budgets are being met and works on ways to continuously improve these areas.
- Assists with effective rostering of Casual staff to meet wage budgets and function needs.
- Holds Current RMLV & RSA Certification.
