The Client

FourQuarters is partnered exclusively with this industry-leading ASX Technology business, currently seeking a Group Head of FP&A to join their Melbourne office. Employing more than 1500 staff globally, they are a trusted service provider working across 19 different geographies and with more than half a million users worldwide.

They are currently seeking a proven FP&A leader to join a dedicated team of Analysts, providing critical insights to the ELT in order to drive business objectives and improve overall commercial processes.

The Role

As the Group Head of FP&A you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Analysts and Business partners, fostering a culture of high performance.
  2. Developing comprehensive and data-driven reports to provide insights into Performance, Risks and Opportunities.
  3. Leading the annual budget process, liaising with Business Unit leads to establish strategic goals.
  4. Assisting in preparing presentations for investors to ensure accurate and informative insights.
  5. Driving continuous process improvements, increasing efficiencies and ensuring best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you should have:

  1. A CA/CPA qualification with at least 10+ years\‘ professional experience.
  2. Dedicated experience leading and transforming a Group FP&A function, ideally within an ASX Environment.
  3. Strong understanding of key drivers, commercial metrics and their impact on decision-making processes.
  4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder levels and relationships.
  5. Experience in building and maintaining complex financial models (experience with systems like Netsuite, Adaptive highly regarded).
  6. High-level accountability for the calibre of Reporting, Presentations and Analysis.
