FourQuarters is partnered exclusively with this industry-leading ASX Technology business, currently seeking a Group Head of FP&A to join their Melbourne office. Employing more than 1500 staff globally, they are a trusted service provider working across 19 different geographies and with more than half a million users worldwide.
They are currently seeking a proven FP&A leader to join a dedicated team of Analysts, providing critical insights to the ELT in order to drive business objectives and improve overall commercial processes.
The Role
As the Group Head of FP&A you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Analysts and Business partners, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Developing comprehensive and data-driven reports to provide insights into Performance, Risks and Opportunities.
- Leading the annual budget process, liaising with Business Unit leads to establish strategic goals.
- Assisting in preparing presentations for investors to ensure accurate and informative insights.
- Driving continuous process improvements, increasing efficiencies and ensuring best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A CA/CPA qualification with at least 10+ years\‘ professional experience.
- Dedicated experience leading and transforming a Group FP&A function, ideally within an ASX Environment.
- Strong understanding of key drivers, commercial metrics and their impact on decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder levels and relationships.
- Experience in building and maintaining complex financial models (experience with systems like Netsuite, Adaptive highly regarded).
- High-level accountability for the calibre of Reporting, Presentations and Analysis.
