We are seeking an experienced Head of EPMO for a short-term consulting position (approximately 4 months) to lead the establishment and setup of an enterprise-wide Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). In this role, you will be responsible for building EPMO capability, driving alignment across multiple business units, and enhancing project prioritization and governance processes. You will also focus on developing cohesive executive reporting mechanisms to ensure effective decision-making.
