Lineer is a sales outreach start-up leveraging artificial intelligence to drive highly personalised email outreach campaigns for companies. Founded in late 2024, Lineer was a spinoff of Adaca, an Australian software development company. After achieving success internally, it was converted into its own company to scale the technology further.

We are seeking a growth-oriented and proactive Head of Growth to join our team in Sydney. This role is crucial in driving the success of our business by building and fostering long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate is a highly personable individual who thrives on connecting with others, acting as a trusted advisor to customers. With a focus on \“land and expand\“ strategies, they excel in establishing meaningful relationships that not only deliver value but also unlock opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships through \“land and expand\“ and referral strategies.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients and managing the sales pipeline to drive growth.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and follow-ups to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Representing the company at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to build meaningful connections.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying ways to enhance the partnership experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years\‘ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the software industry.
  • Proven success in selling software solutions, software-as-a-service, or equivalent offerings.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Expertise in referral strategies to expand into other customer accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management for effective opportunity tracking and forecasting.
  • Awareness of popular sales enablement tools such as CRMs or equivalent products.
