We are seeking a mid-level Head of Product (Finance), with a proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency, working closely with technical and finance teams to deliver results.

Day to day:
- Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering (PM&E) and Finance teams to formulate and execute a product strategy that aligns with the cross-brand goals to achieve operational efficiencies and support growth across our sales channels.
- Lead the technical product direction in executing and prioritising features and functionality that drive commercial outcomes and business ROI that are aligned to business goals.
- Surface data-driven insights to help with product decisions and prioritisation – Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and pain points to inform product decisions – Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product quality and timely delivery to meet investment timelines and targets.
- Track outcomes using OKRs that drive revenue-focused outcomes and results.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and mitigate product development risks with effective contingency planning.
- Develop go-live strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience across all channels to drive efficiency and sales growth.
You\’ll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 3 – 5 years of product management experience, focused on delivering measurable ROI.
- High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with finance systems within a travel agency, online travel distribution, and other internet-scale environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Ability to assess technology disruptions, minimise internal risks, and identify opportunities.
- Capability of translating complex financial concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in leading finance projects within technical environments.
