About the Role:
Orchard Talent Group is seeking a Head of Recruitment Operations for our Outsourcing Solutions division to oversee our RPO and Projects client portfolio, driving senior stakeholder engagement, team management, and the delivery of commercial and operational targets. From a standing start 5 years ago, we are now the largest recruitment outsourced service provider in Human Services, and we have an ambition to triple the size of our client footprint over the next three to five years. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the leadership team in a high growth, high performance business delivering impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational and commercial performance of your account portfolio, achieving KPIs, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor and develop delivery teams, ensuring adherence to recruitment processes and high standards of performance.
- Engage with sector executives (COOs, GMs, Chief People Officers) to solve complex workforce challenges and improve our clients’ service delivery.
- Drive recruiting metrics, identify improvement strategies and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner and senior leadership to govern solutions and enhance financial performance.

What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive recruitment market knowledge and a strategic mindset to apply innovative solutions to clients’ workforce challenges.
- Proven leadership experience in outsourced or in-house recruitment, building positive, high performance team cultures.
- A breadth of experience in candidate sourcing, job marketing, best practice selection and recruitment automation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with managerial and Executive stakeholders.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on service quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage and develop existing client relationships
- A passion for the Human Services sector and for purpose organisations.
