About the opportunity
Join the team at Melbourne Private Hospital as a Hotel Services Manager! We\’re looking for an experienced professional to oversee our catering and housekeeping departments on a full-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team, ensuring exceptional patient care is delivered.
Melbourne Private Hospital has provided a range of acute medical and surgical healthcare services to our community for over 20 years. We are a 122-bed private hospital co-located with the Royal Melbourne Hospital in the heart of Parkville, 1.7km from Melbourne CBD. Our hospital offers highly specialised services including neurosurgery, neurology, advanced coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic, and general surgery, supported by a 10-bed intensive care unit, 4-bed acute coronary care unit, and 6-bed neurosurgical high dependency unit.

- Minimum of five years\‘ experience in a Hotel Services role, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Food Safety Supervisor & HACCP Certifications
- Experience developing and monitoring budgets
- Highly developed strategic, conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
