CBRE are seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to drive people related initiatives for our Victorian business.

The opportunity:

  • Partner with our Victorian business, providing exceptional HR support, advice and solutions assisting leaders execute their people plans and drive performance.
  • Partner with leaders to develop initiatives, implement HR strategies, and provide support across workforce planning; change management; remuneration and benefits; employee onboarding and exiting; investigations; performance management; affirmative action planning; Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing; Engagement Action Plans; and Talent Development Initiatives across the state of Victoria.
  • Build highly effective working relationships and provide accurate reporting and insights into People data and metrics to help leaders make the best decisions.
  • Build highly effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and work cooperatively to ensure an integrated approach to people matters.
  • Work in a highly collaborative manner with the broader People team in a matrix and COE environment to ensure consistency and to achieve CBRE’s strategic goals.

About you:

  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management and significant HR experience, in large matrix-based organisations.
  • Demonstrated ER & IR experience with the ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues and complex HR matters.
  • Strategic, innovative, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes for People initiatives and projects.
  • An ability to understand the needs of the business and provide commercial HR solutions and business partnering services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with maturity and an inherent ability to operate and influence at a senior level.
  • Strong financial acumen, a commercially minded approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
