Role Overview: As HR Manager, you will report directly to the CEO for ANZ and functionally to the Global Chief People Officer. You will be responsible for managing all HR operations for ANZ locations, including talent development, compensation management, employee relations, and union negotiations. This leadership role requires you to guide the local HR team, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster a positive organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with global and regional objectives, ensuring efficient practices throughout the organisation.

- Oversee the annual performance and salary review process, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company standards.
