Healthylife are in search of an Inbound Supervisor to join our team and lead the way onsite at our warehouse based in Perth! (or as we like to call it…Health-Hub ).
This presents an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team in a rapidly growing e-commerce environment.
The position entails Monday to Friday day shifts, offering a stable & rewarding work schedule allowing YOU to contribute as an integral part to the success of our Health-Hub and take ownership of the inbound function.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
- Stock Control: Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and spot checks as well as oversee stock rotation and overflow.
- Ordering: Coordinating replenishment ordering for monthly stock.
- Receiving: Supervise a small team to accurately unload, receive, scan, and shelve products.
- Invoice Management: Monitor, review, and commit invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Credits/Returns: Ensure accurate and timely processing of credits and returns.
- Transfers: Ensure smooth product transfers to Health-Hub\’s nationally.
- Inventory Control: Minimise problem inventory and manage expiration dates.
- Leadership: Supervise and provide effective and timely training to inbound team members.
- Communication: Provide input at leadership meetings, liaise with the purchasing team.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and comply with WHS programs.

*E-commerce experience within the Pharmacy industry will be a significant advantage.
