Incident and Breach Management, Senior Manager level
We are looking for an experienced legal, regulatory or compliance professional to join this growing Group Compliance team.
You will play a crucial role in managing complex incidents and breaches including assessment, classification, reporting and providing recommendations.
This is a senior position reporting to the Head of Compliance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years legal, regulatory or compliance experience within financial services or be currently working at a law firm with financial services clients.
As it is a senior role within the business, you will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders to influence, negotiate and advise them on regulatory and compliance matters. You will have exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of the incidents management framework
- Managing the complex incidents lifecycle including assessments, investigations, reporting to regulators and remediation activities
- Providing oversight and guidance on management of other incidents and assisting team members where required
- Reviewing and approving materials as a compliance and legal expert, including remediation plans, regulatory reports and customer communications
- Compiling compliance data and insights and presenting to relevant committees, boards and forums
- Preparing and presenting reports to regulators
- Providing guidance and mentoring to the compliance team
