Are you an experienced IT Program Manager with a passion for orchestrating complex enterprise systems integrations?
We are seeking a talented and results-driven IT Program Manager to lead and deliver four critical streams of work focused on integrating enterprise systems for one of our construction clients. In this high-visibility role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure seamless integration across a range of business-critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Manage and drive the delivery of four simultaneous workstreams of enterprise systems integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination, manage risks, and resolve any challenges that arise during the program lifecycle.
- System Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of various enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, system interoperability, and seamless user experience across the business.
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for each stream, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivering solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration workflows and minimize disruptions.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, and tracking financial performance against targets.
- Reporting and Governance: Regularly report on program status to senior stakeholders, including key milestones, risks, and performance metrics. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within large-scale enterprise system integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, ERP systems, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams with a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget, and to the highest standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
