Australian Fund Manager going through a business wide digital transformation to rapidly increase membership. Collaborative and relaxed culture where people are the most important element, and the work is always interesting!
The organisation is investing heavily in uplifting all areas of Technology, with a particular focus on Cloud, Security & Data, where this role will play a crucial part.
What will you be doing in the role?
- Bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture, breaking down broader Architecture and defining solutions across a wide range of solutions, incorporating elements of data, cloud, security, payroll, product, membership portals, HR – you name it!
- Be a generalist, able to have a strong understanding of many areas and collaborate closely with the appropriate business units
- Work with vendors where appropriate, whether it be for implementing a SaaS product or creating something more bespoke
- Understand risk and compliance eg PII Data and implementing appropriate guardrails and guidelines
- Coach and mentor others as required
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive the overall transformation forward
What will you need to be successful?
- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, with ideally some experience in Enterprise Architecture, and able to combine the two
- Experience in a wide range of tools and technologies, across various areas ranging from cloud, data, security, to HR, Finance and Payroll systems and anything in-between
- Experience in membership based companies/projects and have experience understanding how the various business units need to connect and collaborate
- Experience with PII Data
- Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, willing to guide others
- Keep up to date with contemporary architecture and technology trends
- Experience working closely with vendors
This is a 12 month max term contract – NOT a daily rate – please don\’t apply if you cannot consider a MTC/FTC.
We also require Australian Citizenship or PR.
