We are now looking for a forward-thinking Lead Technology Officer ready to start at the helm of our IT strategy and grow into the Chief Technology Officer role as our company continues its exciting expansion.

About the Role

This is more than a job—it’s a launchpad for your career. As our Lead Technology Officer , you’ll take charge of building Dental Boutique’s IT ecosystem from the ground up. But this role doesn’t stop there. We’re searching for someone with the ambition and vision to step into the CTO role in the near future, becoming a key player in shaping the technological evolution of our organization.

In this dynamic role, you’ll establish our IT infrastructure, introduce cutting-edge systems, and integrate transformative technologies like AI to optimize efficiency and enhance patient experiences. Reporting directly to our executive leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to make strategic decisions, create your IT dream team, and pave the way for your transition into the CTO position.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design and execute an IT strategy that aligns with Dental Boutique’s growth trajectory and prepares you for a future as CTO.
• Infrastructure Creation: Build scalable and secure IT systems that will serve as the foundation of our operations.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Lead the integration of AI technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and superior customer experiences.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure seamless IT support across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing IT team, ready to scale alongside our ambitious growth.
• Security & Compliance: Oversee network security, data protection, and compliance to safeguard our organization.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with executives, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver on strategic IT initiatives.

About You

We’re seeking an IT leader with not only the technical expertise to transform our technology landscape but also the ambition to step into a CTO role as you grow with us.

What You Bring :

• Experience: 8–10 years in senior IT leadership roles, with a strong track record in building and scaling IT infrastructure.
• Visionary Leadership: The ability to align technology with business growth and lead strategic initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: A solid foundation in IT systems, infrastructure management, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI.
• Growth Mindset: A hunger to develop professionally and take on more responsibility as you transition into a CTO role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, boutique businesses, or customer-focused industries is a plus.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
