We are looking for an experienced manager to join our management team who has experience as an Educational Leader.
The Role – Join our management team
You must have experience leading a successful busy childcare service.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, and proven experience in creating positive team cultures.
- Ability to lead by example to mentor and support your team.
- Hands-on approach management style.
- Experience in Owna program – or willing to learn.
- Ability to work within an experienced management team.
- Able to meet deadlines and targets.
To be successful in your application you must have the following:
- A Diploma in Children\’s Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood.
- Experience managing a busy service.
- Knowledge and experience with NQF, Rating and Assessment, Educational Leader Role.
- Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e., work within a management team, and external management team.
- Experience in staff rosters and maintaining ratios for compliance.
- Knowledge and experience to ensure the service is meeting all regulations and legislation.
- A high attention to detail, ability to maintain an organised office and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to motivate Educators.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications.

We are looking for an experienced leader with appropriate qualifications who is passionate about early childhood education. We are looking for a hands-on approach to managing the service and work alongside the Nominated Supervisor.
