This represents an opportunity with an impressive accounting firm based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This firm has been in operation for many years and they boast an impressive client base.
POSITION
Due to internal restructuring, the position of Manager has been created.
This role will involve the following:
- Manage a client base of circa $800k in fees (comprised of 60% business services and 40% SMSF clients)
- Manage and mentor a team of onshore and offshore staff
- Provide high level tax compliance and advisory services.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 9+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Ability to manage up to $800k in fees
- Experience with both business and SMSF clients (non negotiable)
- Experience with XPM, Xero and BGL
- Strong technical tax ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
