CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION OPPORTUNITY

As part of the Construction Team, you will play a pivotal role, supporting Partners in providing expert legal advice. The quality of their work is seeing them on the other side of top-tiers. Your responsibilities may span a diverse range of areas, including:

1. Large project disputes
2. Arbitrations and expert determinations
3. Security of Payment claims including adjudications
4. Highly complex and high-value litigation
5. Contract risk management.

You will have the daily conduct of matters, acting for public and private sector project owners, major contractors, and engineering companies.

6+ YEARS PAE SENIOR ASSOCIATE or SPECIAL COUNSEL

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 6 years of PAE, preferably from a specialist, mid-tier, or top-tier background. You should have experience working in a construction team and familiarity with many of the relevant fields. Additionally, you will have experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and thrive in a collaborative environment.
