About the Opportunity

As the NSW Managing Director, you will lead the organisation’s largest and most dynamic operation, overseeing service delivery across multiple regions. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will drive operational excellence, financial sustainability, and cultural transformation while ensuring compliance with stringent contractual KPIs. This high-impact role requires fostering innovation, developing key stakeholder relationships, and championing productivity improvements to position the business for future growth.
