About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse leader to join the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division as a Nursing Director to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care during their most vulnerable moments.

As the Nursing Director, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in patient care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination and continuous improvement of our services.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in a senior nursing leadership position. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centred care and the ability to inspire and mentor your team.
