Purpose

As the Operations Compliance Officer, you will ensure compliance across Accor Apartments & Realty MLR properties by conducting thorough operational audits, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

This is a Fixed Term Full-Time role, commencing 1st February 2025 and concluding 31st August 2025

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Operational Compliance Audits and ensure timely reporting within five working days of completion
  • Provide Property Management System (PMS) support, including responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Deliver PMS training to property teams as required, including during audits, and update system codes and charges when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Trust Account Regulations and assist in maintaining property-specific Caretaking and Letting Agreements
  • Collaborate with Owner Relations Managers to support property operations and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Sihot PMS and undertake any other relevant duties as required to support operational excellence

  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with the flexibility to adapt to change effectively
