Purpose
As the Operations Compliance Officer, you will ensure compliance across Accor Apartments & Realty MLR properties by conducting thorough operational audits, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
This is a Fixed Term Full-Time role, commencing 1st February 2025 and concluding 31st August 2025
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Operational Compliance Audits and ensure timely reporting within five working days of completion
- Provide Property Management System (PMS) support, including responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Deliver PMS training to property teams as required, including during audits, and update system codes and charges when necessary
- Ensure compliance with Trust Account Regulations and assist in maintaining property-specific Caretaking and Letting Agreements
- Collaborate with Owner Relations Managers to support property operations and adherence to policies and procedures
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Sihot PMS and undertake any other relevant duties as required to support operational excellence

- Strong passion for hotel operations with a sound understanding of emerging industry trends
- Demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams to achieve excellence
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with the flexibility to adapt to change effectively
- High level of personal integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic environment
