Operations Manager / Head of Property Management
About the role
You will be joining a very successful organisation within the Brisbane area who are extremely successful and fast growing. Being in charge of a team of 14+, you are expected to monitor and set KPI\’s of each staff member and ensure all compliance is up to date along with strategizing with the directors.
The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Utilising in-house technology
- Management of staff (10+)
- Landlord communication for senior matters
- Assist with any issues within the Property Management department that the Property Manager needs help with
About You
- Minimum 5+ years Property Management experience
- Experience in managing a large team
- Good people skills
- Strong communication skills
- Current certificate of registration
