The opportunity:
My client is looking for a succession plan whereby a Partner Elect can transition into taking over from an outgoing Partner.
You will provide leadership by servicing a portfolio of around $800k. You will get involved in doing the compliance work, managing client relationships, and business developing.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 10 years\‘ public practice experience.
- Be prepared to do hands-on work and support the team underneath them.
- Liaise with clients on the phone and in person.
- Identify new opportunities for the firm.
- Have experience with Xero.
