About the Role
In this role, you\’ll oversee a team of 3 dedicated Payroll Officers and report into a highly supportive Payroll Manager and be part of the organisation\’s BAU processes.
Duties
- Performing End to End Payroll.
- Oversee, lead and mentor a small team
- Ensure the accurate & timely delivery of the payroll
- Interpret complex EBA\’s and Awards.
- Demonstrate high volume payroll processing.
- Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge
- Liaise with various internal or external stakeholders
- Undertaking Terminations and Redundancies
Skills + Experience
- Experience working within a large, complex payroll environment
- Strong experience using Chris21 is desirable
- Experience leading a team is desirable
- Ability to perform full function payroll
- Experience processing superannuation & payroll tax
- Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of EBA\’s & Awards
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
