The Role
Reporting through to the Payroll Manager, your tasks will include:

• Manage a team of 10 Payroll Officers
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 10,000 employees
• Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
• Month/year end closing
• Assisting with key payroll projects and identifying process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
• Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
• Partnering and developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively across other functions of the business

Candidate Profile

• Experience leading payroll teams in a medium/large scale business
• Payroll experience using SAP is essential
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
• High level analytical skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
