The Company
ECi Executive is working with well-known civil contractors within the civil, infrastructure & mining NPI sectors, covering various civil projects including earthworks, bulk earthworks, pads, piping, utilities, roads, infrastructure, & industrial civils.
We are currently looking for experienced and skilled Civil Project Managers – both experienced and Senior.
Duties:
- Ensure all civil projects are managed on budget, completed on time, and delivered to a high quality to achieve good margins for the company.
- Work with the commercial & estimation team to complete project proposals, tenders, budget estimates, cost planning & schedules.
- Plan for the resourcing & efficient use of plant, machinery, equipment & materials on civil projects.
- Build working relationships with contractors, clients & key stakeholders to ensure continuation of future works/tenders.
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Senior Supervisors to ensure efficient delivery, prioritization & productivity of projects & crews.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven civil contracting experience in civil construction, infrastructure, bulk earthworks/mining & regional industrial projects.
- Hands-on Project Management/Project Engineering/technical experience in areas such as earthworks, drainage, grading, roads, piping, trenching, tailings, dewatering, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- Project Management qualifications.
