As a Recruitment Consultant within our Employment Services team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to re-enter the workforce. Working closely with job seekers, you\’ll help them build confidence, develop new skills, and secure sustainable job opportunities. Your work will have a direct impact on changing lives for the better.
You will also drive the growth of our business by building relationships with employers, sourcing new business, and finding job placements for a wide range of candidates. Your efforts will help bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, all while building a diverse and successful portfolio of employers.

What you’ll do each day:
- Support job seekers, many of whom have been unemployed for up to 5-10 years, in finding meaningful employment.
- Coach and guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing advice, training, and confidence-building support.
- Build strong relationships with employers, working to identify their recruitment needs and match them with suitable candidates.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities to expand the client base and ensure a steady flow of job placements.
- Maintain a focus on quality, ensuring all candidates receive the best possible support and outcomes.
