The Role
- Ignite new business activity,
- Create invaluable networks with candidates and clients,
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with our loyal clientele and candidates,
- Master the art of candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing,
- Craft market-leading candidate pools that set industry standards.
About You
- Proven track record in the recruitment industry,
- Recruitment knowledge from the technology, banking, or accounting and finance space is desired but not compulsory,
- Driven to be the best version of yourself,
- Coachable and willing to learn,
- Proven history of building and maintaining a successful recruitment desk,
- Highly resilient,
- Passionate about providing an exceptional experience for candidates and clients,
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Experience: At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + commission
