The Role

  • Ignite new business activity,
  • Create invaluable networks with candidates and clients,
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with our loyal clientele and candidates,
  • Master the art of candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing,
  • Craft market-leading candidate pools that set industry standards.

About You

  • Proven track record in the recruitment industry,
  • Recruitment knowledge from the technology, banking, or accounting and finance space is desired but not compulsory,
  • Driven to be the best version of yourself,
  • Coachable and willing to learn,
  • Proven history of building and maintaining a successful recruitment desk,
  • Highly resilient,
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional experience for candidates and clients,
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

Experience: At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience required for this role.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + commission
