Liebherr is currently looking for a Regional Customer Support Manager to join our team in Perth. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and enhancing the operational performance across Australia.
Skills & Duties
- Manage and develop a team of Product Support Advisors ensuring high-quality support for the customers.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Identify potential product issues, providing status updates and progress reports to affiliates and customers.
- Document and report major events affecting truck performance and product reliability by mine site.
- Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to Engineering and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain monthly documentation of events impacting truck reliability and product status.
- Schedule post-commissioning meetings to report on haul truck quality and completeness.
- Review and address Product Improvement Reports (PIR) and create projects based on field data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues affecting product performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor\’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software; capable of reading and interpreting hydraulic, electrical schematics, and structural drawings.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and resolve issues effectively.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
