The Opportunity:
This fast casual dining group is a household name in Australia, and yet they remain incredibly humble with a passion for growing their people whilst delivering quality, fresh, and healthy food.
Located in the heart of the CBD, this snazzy restaurant has warmth, atmosphere, and sits along a strip full of unique retail, bars, and nightlife, as well as having the convenience of Flinders St station within a 3 min walk away.
As the Restaurant Manager, you\’ll be empowered to run the business as if it\’s your own, leading a crew of 25 including a full leadership team. While you will need to have open availability Monday-Sunday for this role, you will be able to create your own roster that works for you, the team, and the business.
We are looking to connect with managers who have a minimum of 1 year of Restaurant/Store Manager experience working in fast-paced restaurants.
