As WAâs largest manufacturer, we supply customised ranges to furniture and bedding retailers across WA QLD & NT. Our clients include all the major bedding retailers as well as many independents selling both Mattress and Furniture.
Weâre seeking an enthusiastic, results driven QLD Sales Manager for our retail division who understands that rather than âdoing it themselvesâ, a successful sales manager teaches and coaches others how to do it: enabling the sales efforts of others. Through your highly developed leadership, coaching and training skills you ensure your team is using the correct selling behaviours and activities to meet and exceed their revenue targets.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager based in Perth, and responsible for the profitable growth of our QLD retail division, you will play an integral role in the strategic direction of a growing company with big plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build and nurture a high-performance, results driven, highly customer focussed sales team.
- Strategically foster customer engagement ensuring we deliver targeted solutions through an intimate understanding of our customerâs needs.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of our market, our competitors, economic indicators and industry trends, to steer the profitable growth of the business with your forward-thinking vision.
- Build productive, supportive, collaborative partnerships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, senior management and key clients.
- Achieve objectives through effective business and account planning, setting stretch goals, analysing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
- Use data-driven reports to spur sales coaching sessions and empower reps to take ownership of their opportunities. You will understand the impact of pricing, margins and discounting.
- Devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to drive sales and improve margins.
- Daily CRM requirements and reporting to National Sales Manager on team and individual results.
