With a focus on steel roofing and fencing solutions, including products like sheet metal, coils, cladding, and plates, they have established a strong foothold in both the commercial and residential markets. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a proactive, skilled, and experienced Sales Manager to join their team, playing a critical role in advancing their growth and presence in the steel industry.

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a team of 3 internal and 3 external sales professionals. You will be expanding their market presence, driving sales growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. In this role, there is a strong element of business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel industry.
  • Implement new business strategies in order to create new revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
