We currently have major projects spread across Australia and internationally. We have our GCMarine Group Headquarters in Arundel but also have additional offices and facilities in Fiji, Coffs Harbour, Tweed Heads, Sydney, and Perth. Recently awarded the 2023 Gold Coast Business Excellence Award, Exporter of the Year 2023, and Commercial Project of the Year – AIMEX.
This full-time role will be based from the Arundel facility but being flexibly mobile throughout the day is encouraged. The selected candidate will be responsible for all business development and domestic sales for the south-east Queensland and Northern Rivers area. We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and passionate person to assist with our expanding company.
Key Role Responsibilities Include:
- Liaising with clients, preparing quotations, and tenders.
- Utilising and regularly updating business software to manage leads, quotes, projects, customer details, complete agreements, process deposit invoicing, and effectively manage customer interactions and transactions. Initial training will be provided.
- Providing a high level of customer communication across all stages of negotiations and project progress; including courteous written and phone communication skills.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a candidate that has a will to learn the Marine Industry.
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems is a mandatory requirement for this position.
