About your new company
We’re currently partnering with a highly established industry leader within Broker. Based in Melbourne’s inner South East, they are currently looking to further strengthen their team by bringing onboard an experienced Account Manager in their Corporate arm.

Duties and responsibilities include

  • Autonomously manage your own book of loyal clients
  • Manage the compliance and operational requirements for the portfolio
  • Regularly liaise with Underwriters, colleagues (directors, brokers, claims team) to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
  • Ensure processes including renewals, debtors, complaint register, breach register and win loss data are completed accurately and on time
  • Secure new business and ensure retention of current clients

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience autonomously managing your own portfolio
  • Tier 1 Broking qualification
  • Experience with Broking and Steadfast software
  • Exceptional client relationship building skills
  • Be self-motivated, with solid methodology and attention to detail
  • Have excellent Victorian relationships with insurers and underwriters
