We’re currently partnering with a highly established industry leader within Broking, based in Melbourne’s inner South East, who are currently looking to further strengthen their team and bring onboard an experienced Account Manager into their High Net Worth – Personal Lines team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Autonomously manage your own book of loyal clients
  • Manage the compliance and operational requirements for the portfolio
  • Regularly liaise with Underwriters, colleagues (directors, brokers, claims team) to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
  • Ensure processes including renewals, debtors, complaint register, breach register and win loss data are completed accurately and on time
  • Secure new business and ensure retention of current clients

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience working as an Insurance Broker
  • Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential
  • Experience with Broking and Steadfast software & WinBeat
  • Exceptional client relationship skills to service longstanding clients
  • Be self-motivated, with solid methodology and attention to detail
  • Have excellent Victorian relationships with insurers and underwriters
