About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for a range of deliverables that focus on integrated media planning, execution and campaign performance.
- Work in collaboration across the team, building commercial integrated media strategies across short/mid/long-term planning processes and for specific campaign deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign and media plans that contribute to achieving key metrics such as new accounts.
- Work with internal media partners and external media agencies to develop recommendations for budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign flighting plans.
- Together with the team and media partners, deliver integrated campaigns across multiple paid and owned channels.
- Leverage centrally and regionally created programmes where relevant.
- Engage external agencies where appropriate to deliver strategy and campaign assets.
- Manage the development of despatch timelines.
- Define campaign measures, ensuring accurate implementation.
- In collaboration with the insights team, analyse in-market performance across our brand & competitors to make compelling, insights-driven recommendations.
- Build dashboards to track in-flight campaign performance enabling team members to “self-service” when it comes to understanding and optimising performance.
About You
You are a degree qualified, experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others. You bring paid media experience from agency or client side; ideally within SaaS, fintech, or services. You have experience working with media platforms, tracking methodologies, and dashboards. Ideally, you have some experience in Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with adLib, Workfront, and other campaign development tools. You excel in interrogating data (qualitative and quantitative) to guide decision making. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to see the fruits of your labour delivered quickly.
