The Senior AI Consultant plays a pivotal role in enabling our customers to leverage advanced AI solutions to address challenges within the Critical Infrastructure sectors. This role involves bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also impactful, scalable, and ethical. By developing cutting-edge solutions and fostering trust, you will help our customers unlock new levels of efficiency, insight, and decision-making capability.

In this role you will:

1. Engage with customers to understand their operational needs and translate these into bespoke AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
2. Design and prototype AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into customers’ existing systems while addressing their specific challenges.
3. Contribute to revenue growth targets by driving successful project acquisition, renewals, and cross-functional opportunities.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer challenges and positioning AI solutions to address these needs.
5. Lead the translation of customer needs into actionable technical specifications and Statements of Work for development teams.
6. Manage the adoption of AI solutions within customer environments, ensuring measurable outcomes and smooth transitions.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience (7+ years) in technology consulting, with a strong focus on AI solutions tailored for industry challenges.
2. Deep understanding of current AI trends, tools, and methodologies, and their application to Critical Infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, mining, telecommunications, healthcare, utilities).
3. Expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML models using tools such as Databricks, SageMaker, ClearML, or similar platforms.
4. Strong proficiency in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
5. Experience in data visualisation tools and storytelling techniques to drive actionable insights for customers.
6. Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
