Your New Role

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be taking on a pivotal role that’s brand new to our business. This is your chance to shape and define how we approach business development internally for the very first time.

You’ll lead the charge in driving our sales strategy, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and opening up new markets. Your ability to strategise and execute will be vital in positioning frank green as a leader in sustainable products, ensuring our customer base grows and thrives. You\’ll be making a lasting impact on our growth trajectory and long-term success.

Your Day to Day

  • Lead and manage the sales performance within the Australian independents channel in your region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiating terms as needed.

What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
  • A strong track record of achieving business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid Australian driver’s license.
