Senior Consultant – Professional Services
Talenza have been engaged to source a highly capable Senior Consultants for Strategy & Transformation programs.
This opportunity suits a strategy, senior or management consultant (with a minimum of 2 + years up to 4+ experience in a tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique, private equity or in industry corporate development roles) who are looking to move into a new role.
In this role you will join a project team intent on driving CEO agenda issues and customer focused outcomes.
Role Title: Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation
Pay: $100,000-$120,000 plus superannuation (based on experience)
Location: Sydney CBD/WFH.
Key Skills Required:
- 2 + years experience with a top tier consultancy or similar organization
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as being able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Being able to keep up to date with data and analytics advancements.
- Target operating model, business process or similar experience is advantageous but not a must
- An ability to utilise analysis to draw conclusions, with excellent structured problem-solving skills and complex business modelling skills also being desired.
- Experience in developing slides and storylines for senior management.
- A collaborative nature that allows you to work well in a team environment.
- Customer centric mindset
