What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement solutions across the full technology stack
- Dedicated hands-on coding role, while also mentoring teammates and contributing to shaping the product architecture.
- Design scalable, secure, and reliable components to meet diverse needs.
- Embrace and drive agile methodologies to ensure rapid and efficient delivery.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong skills across TypeScript, React / React Native, GraphQL, API, Node and AWS
- 80% Back end, 20% Front end
- Solid understanding of agile development, TDD, and scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS (RDS, Kinesis, SQS, SNS) and CI/CD tools (e.g., BuildKite)
- AWS as public cloud provider (including EKS)
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and solving complex technical challenges.
Where You’ll Work:
Based in Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements – being in the office approximately one or two days per week – giving you the perfect balance of focus and flexibility!
