Specialising in both privately funded and NDIS-funded clients, we offer in-person services in Perth, Adelaide, and Albany, as well as nationally through telehealth. – Senior / Lead Speech Pathologist
Role Responsibilities:
- Help launch our speech therapy services, demonstrating confidence and capability in building this offering from the ground up.
- Deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services to clients with disabilities or injuries, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
- Conduct assessments and deliver high-quality reports which balance advocacy, professional opinion, and realistic recommendations.
- Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with industry and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of Speech Pathology.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary from $95,000 (based on experience).
- $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after probation).

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA / AHPRA registration as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
- Current driver\’s license, Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion and commitment for building capacity and improving life outcomes for clients and their families.
