We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us and make a significant impact.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive our recruitment efforts, working closely with leaders across the organisation to attract, engage, and onboard exceptional talent. This is a unique opportunity to lead recruitment strategy, talent engagement, and stakeholder management while contributing to the wider HR Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full recruitment cycles, from job advertisement to onboarding for diverse roles across the business.
- Proactively source candidates through various platforms and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Manage international sourcing, including visa processing and compliance with Australian Immigration requirements.
- Administer recruitment-related documentation, including employment contracts, offers, and candidate records.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and data entry.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial phone screens and interviews as required.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates.
- Collect, verify, and manage pre-employment documentation, such as reference checks, police checks, and medical clearance.
- Coordinate with payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition of new hires.
- Book pre-employment medicals and courses as required in conjunction with the training department.
- Liaise with the Visa Coordinator on international recruitment, working off the visa master register and maintaining accurate records.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a civil construction or energy sector.
- Strong strategic and operational skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Australian Immigration requirements and visa compliance (e.g., 482, 417 visas).
